Prior moving in, there is a $400 non refundable fee, plus 1st month rent of $810. Move in cost $1210 then each month thereafter is $810 a month. All rooms are fully furnished.
NO children, NO Pets, NO family members, or friends are allowed to reside nor hanging or around the premises.
There is a question assessment done prior moving in to see if the client is a good fit. There is a 24-48 hour notice for a response time if qualified or not.
All rooms are fully furnished with bed, sheets, pillows, dresser, and a closet. Utilities are also included in the rent as well as Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer can be used for tenants.
