Prior moving in, there is a $600 non refundable fee, plus 1st month rent of $860 for shared room $1460 total. Private room $600 non refundable fee, plus $900 total $1500. All rooms are fully furnished.
NO children, NO Pets, NO family members, or friends are allowed to reside nor hanging or around the premises.
There is a question assessment done prior moving in to see if the client is a good fit. There is a 24-48 hour notice for a response time if qualified or not. There is a minimal 3 month stay in the facility, then month to month thereafter.
All rooms are fully furnished with bed, sheets, pillows, dresser, and a closet. Utilities are also included in the rent as well as Wi-Fi and cleaning service. Washer and dryer can be used for tenants at no charge.
